The estate of a Nevada man has filed an asbestos suit against 25 defendant corporations in Madison County, alleging his disease was wrongfully caused.

According to the complaint, George Charles Davis died July 25 as a result of mesothelioma.

His estate alleges that he was employed from 1951 to 1983 as an engineer at various locations in Texas, New Jersey, Colorado and Illinois.
