Wings of Shiloh faces two separate Dram Shop lawsuits related to an auto accident that occurred last year in O'Fallon.

According to the suits filed in St. Clair County Circuit Court on April 17-18, Fitzhugh crashed into the vehicle in which Higdon and Gildehaus were passengers causing them severe and permanent injuries.
Fitzhugh was traveling on North Seven Hills Road near the intersection of O'Fallon-Troy Road when the accident happened, the complaints state.
