Associated Bank NA filed suit against Dennis Technology LLC, as well as Michael and Melinda K. Dennis, for repayment of a promissory note.
Seeking $130,257.19, which includes principal, interest and late fees, the bank filed suit filed April 9 in St. Clair County Circuit Court. The bank also seeks expenses, attorneys' fees and additional accrued interest from April 7 to date of judgment.
According to the complaint, the defendants executed the note on Dec. 13, 2006, and it matured on July 18, 2007.
