Lisa Payne and Rocco Payne, a minor by his mother, Lisa Payne v. William Wallace, Luna Cafe and Elizabeth Whitworth

  • Payne alleges she and her minor son were injured on Oct. 6, 2007, when Wallace, who had previously consumed alcoholic beverages at Luna Cafe, collided with them on Old Alton Road in Granite City. Payne is seeking damages in excess of $100,000.
