Holly Anne Force and Christopher John Force v. Thomas Szydlik et.al.

Holly Force claims that Szydlik, a catholic priest, assaulted heron April 2, 2006, by having nonconsensual sex and then coercing her into having an abortion. Christopher Force claims has been deprived of Holly's consortium. The Force's are seeking damages in excess of $2.5 million.
