Coach passenger claims injuries from rear-end collision with another bus

Show-Me Coaches and its bus driver Charles Burrage are being sued by a passenger claiming injuries from a rear-end collision that happened Aug. 4, 2006, on Interstate 80 in Hammond, Ind.

Larry Glenn claims he has incurred medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of a normal life, disability, increased risk of future harm, lost wages and will possibly sustain future losses, according to a suit filed March 12 in St. Clair County Court.

He claims that bus driver Burrage, who allegedly was driving too fast for conditions and was following too closely, rear-ended the back of another bus owned by Show-Me.

Represented by Kevin A. Sullivan of Sauter Sullivan in St. Louis, Glenn is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages.
