Victoria Johnson v. Donna Fiske

Johnson claims she was seriously injured on May 24, 2006 when Fiske allegedly collided with her on Interstate 55 at Interstate 70. She is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

Penny Keller v. Dr. James Dalla Riva et.al.

Keller alleges she sustained permanent abdominal injuries when Dalla Riva negligently deviated from the standard of care when performing an outpatient laparoscopy on April 28. She is seeking damages in excess of $100,000, plus costs.
