Meridian claims the defendants have failed to pay money on six seperate loans taken between Dec. 14, 2005 and July 31, 2006. Meridian is seeking a total judgment of $480,098.61, plus interest, courts costs and attorney fees.

Lucas claims she sustained extensive injuries to her head, back, arms and legs after tripping on torn and wrinkled carpet on Aug. 20, 2007. Lucas is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
