Lading
Philip J. Lading has joined the firm of Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard, P.C., as a shareholder.
Lading received an undergraduate degree in 1996 from Illinois Wesleyan University and a juris doctor degree in 1999 from Saint Louis University School of Law.
He has extensive experience in municipal, local and state law, business and commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage disputes and family law.
He serves as the city attorney for Staunton, and village attorney for New Douglas. He was formerly a partner with the law offices of Roth, Evans & Lading, P.C.
Lading is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The firm has its principal office in St. Louis and an office in Carbondale.
