Cregger Company, Inc. filed suit against H.J. Frierdich & Sons, Inc., doing business as Columbia Plumbing Co., regarding an account balance due of $128,637.50.
According to a suit filed Nov. 16 in St. Clair County Circuit Court, Cregger provided parts and/or service to the defendant on a credit basis with the requirement that H.J. Frierdich would pay for the goods within 30 days.
