St. Louis Bread Company
Glenn Whaley filed suit against St. Louis Bread Co. for injuries sustained after falling on a piece of ice at a restaurant located at West Port Plaza in St. Louis.
Whaley claims he suffered serious, permanent and disabling injuries to his head, skull, neck and back from an incident that occurred Sept. 26, 2005.
"All actions of plaintiff leading up to his injury were prudent and easily anticipated by defendant," states the complaint filed June 19 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Whaley is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages. He is represented by Gerald M. Dunne of Dunne Bodet in St. Louis.
