Members of the Fairview Heights Chamber of Commerce were on hand for the grand opening of the new Seattle's Best Coffee cafe at the Borders, located at 6601 N. Illinois St. in Fairview Heights. A musical performance by St. Louis artist Anita Rosemond highlighted the event.
