Grand Opening Celebration begins at 9:30 a.m.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (March 7, 2007) – CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CBL) today celebrated the grand opening of "The Shoppes at St. Clair Square" in Fairview Heights, IL. Stores will open
shortly after a brief VIP ceremony at 9:30 a.m.
Located adjacent to CBL's market-dominant St. Clair Square Mall, The Shoppes at St. Clair Square is 91% leased and committed. The outstanding retailer mix for the 75,000-square-foot lifestyle center
includes fifteen retailers making their debut in the market such as Barnes & Noble, Ann Taylor LOFT, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill and Jos. A. Bank. Other specialty retailers and restaurants include Jared's Galleria of Jewelry, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Banana Republic, Maggie Moo's Ice Cream and Treatery, Aveda, Justice, Portrait Innovations and a premier woman's fashion store, Talbot's (opening March 30).
