Mia Stroter is the Vocational Services Director for the Illinois Center for Autism (ICA) in Fairview Heights. She has been with ICA for over 10 years, providing educational and vocational services to children and adults with autism. Mia attended Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Pathology. Her community involvement includes: Fairview Heights Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Committee, Fairview Heights Disability Awareness Festival Chairperson, and Southern Illinois Region Special Olympics Volunteer. In 1999, she received the Outstanding Employee Award for the Illinois Center for Autism.
