Courtney Vostry, Jim Vostry v. Apex Oil et.al.

Courtney Vostry claims that from 1967 to 1983, she lived in Hartford and was exposed to and inhaled benzene and other hazardous products causing her to develop myeloma. Jim Vostry claims he has lost the consortium and other concomitants of married life. The Vostrys are seeking damages in excess of $850,000.
