  • Linder claims he had to have his left knee replaced because of the failure of the Smith & Nephew Oxinium knee to function properly on Feb. 8. Linder is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

  • Lockwood claims she sustained serious injuries on Feb. 3, 2005, when Mullen collided with her at the Intersection of Illinois 143 and Lakin Boulevard in Wood River. She is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
