Voter turnout in St. Clair County was 38.74 percent. In East St. Louis turnout was 30.42 percent.

St. Clair County circuit judge:

Lloyd Cueto (D): 35,484 total votes or 53.45% of the total, In East St. Louis he received 5,310 votes or 90.34% of the total.
Paul Evans (R): 30,901 total votes or 46.54 of the total votes. In East St. Louis he received 537 votes or 9.14% of the total.

St. Clair County circuit judge retention:

Milton Wharton (D): 77% total "yes" votes.
Jan Fiss (D): 76% total "yes" votes.

In Madison County, voter turnout was roughly 48 percent.

Madison County circuit judge (resident):

Dave Hylla (D): 44,131 total votes or 56.36% of the total.
Don Weber (R): 34,159 total votes or 43.63% of the total.

Third Circuit judge (Madison County results):

Barbara Crowder (D): 42,980 total votes or 55.31% of the total.
James Hackett (R): 34,721 total votes or 44.68% of the total.

Madison County circuit judge retention:

Ann Callis (D): 72.98% total "yes" votes.
Charles Romani (D): 69.83% total "yes" votes.
John Knight (D): 68.65% total "yes" votes.
