Kent Weber, President of Premier Bank in Edwardsville announced that on October 3rd they held their ground breaking ceremony for Premier Bank's new Edwardsville Banking Center. The construction site is on Lot #1 in the Park at Plum Creek, which is a new 14 acre commercial site that is being developed Piedmont Partners. The Park at Plum Creek is located on the west side of Plum Street, just north of the Franklin Avenue intersection. The ground breaking was celebrated by more that 60 people, including customers, bank directors, city officials, chamber members, realtors, and guests.
