Demian Papagni and Q.C. Communications, Inc v. Altec Industries, Inc. and Nesco Incorporated

  • Papagni claims while working as a lineman for Q.C. in Carbondale on July 28, 2004, he fell 25 feet from the bucket on the boom truck manufactured by the defendants. Papagni is seeking damages in excess of $100,000.

    Sara Byrd v. Gayle Burch, M.D., Greenville Regional Hospital

  • Byrd claims Burch negligently performed the hysterectomy based solely on the diagnostic tests performed when there were no clinical or diagnostic indications that such a radical surgery was necessary or indicated on Aug. 3, 2004. Byrd is seeking damages in excess of $150,000.
