  • Sabree claims her attorneys failed to advise the court that she did not consent to the order of parentage and custody and joint parenting agreement which caused her ex-husband's new wife to choke and beat her son in New Jersey which caused his death. Sabree is seeking damages in excess of $100,000, plus punitive damages.
