Mitchell alleges that on June 16, 2005, Harshbarger sustained serious injuries and a permanent disability when the motorcycle she was a passenger on crashed into a retaining wall as the result of a high speed chase by Wood River Police officer Hugh Noble. Mitchell is seeking damages in excess of $300,000, plus costs of the suit.
