Angel Koch v. DaimlerChrysler and Ford Square of Mt. Vernon, LTD d/b/a Auto Mart of Mt. Vernon

  • Koch claims she was a passenger in a 2001 Jeep Cherokee on April 14, 2004, when it rolled over causing her to become a quadriplegic. Koch is seeking damages in excess of $300,000 claiming defective design of the roof.
