Leon Huntsman v. Heather Jackson

Huntsman claims he sustained serious injuries on Feb. 10, when Jackson allegedly collided with him on Homer Adams Parkway in Alton. Huntsman is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

Dorothy Shaw v. David Smith et.al
J-Matoesian; PA-Michael Glisson

Shaw claims she was injured on Oct. 31, 2005, when Smith allegedly collided with her at the intersection of Harris Lane and Vonnahmen Road in Foster Township. Shaw is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
