William Knight, Sandra Knight v. John Petrovich and Gateway Regional Medical Center

  • Knight claims he sustained severe and permanent injuries in March of 2004, when Petrovich allegedly failed to comply with applicable standards of medicine by being impaired by alcohol or drugs. Knight is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
