  • Brian Kuebrich's family claims his 1999 Pontiac Sunfire had a defectively designed steering system that would not properly respond to input from the driver. Urbanowicz is alleged to be negligent because he failed to stop or slow his vehicle when he observed the vehicle Brian Kuebrich was driving approaching him in his lane. His estate is seeking damages in excess of $600,000.

    Dennis Miller v. Darrell Brown

  • Miller claims he was permanently injured on May 31, 2005, when Brown allegedly collided with him at the intersection of Nameoki and Wilson in Granite City. Miller is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 plus costs of the suit.

  • The Fifes allege they were seriously injured when Conway allegedly collided with them at the intersection of Route 157 and Keebler in Collinsville on Sept. 3, 2004. The Fifes are seeking damages in excess of $100,000.

  • 26 Fox claims KM has failed to pay rent on the building it leased to them at 26 Fox Industrial Drive in Madison. 26 Fox is seeking $60,840 in damages.

  • Whitsell claims he was permanently injured on July 15, 2004, when Gruen allegedly collided with him on Route 203 in Granite City. Whitsell is seeking damages in excess of $25,000 but less than $75,000.
