An Illinois company is asking a judge for help in collecting on an overdue bill.
Draeger Medical Systems Inc. filed a complaint on May 6 in Madison County Circuit Court against D and M Medical Inc.
On Aug. 3, 2011, D and M entered into a new customer contract with the plaintiff. The lawsuit states that the contract required the plaintiff to give the defendant certain services and equipment. However, the plaintiff claims D and M still owes it a balance of $105,714.
The plaintiff asks the court for help in recovering this sum.
The plaintiff is represented by David Olefsky at Blitt and Gaines in Wheeling.
