A man being transported as a patient claims he suffered neck, shoulder, back and chest injuries when the driver of a pickup truck struck the rear of the ambulance he was in.

According to the suit, the ambulance struck the guardrail on the right side of the highway with the front passenger side of the vehicle before coming to rest on the left shoulder.

Grubbs seeks in excess of $50,000 in damages.

He is represented by Jeffrey Kopis of Belleville.
