Williams Venker & Sanders has announced that Michael P. David will be joining the firm Jan. 1 upon his retirement from Missouri’s 22nd Circuit after 25 years of service.

David will be developing a mediation-arbitration practice, bringing his experience in dispute resolution to the entire legal community.

Of the decision to join Williams Venker & Sanders’ team of litigation attorneys, David said, “During my time on the bench, the lawyers of WVS certainly have been no strangers to the courtroom—many have appeared before me, others before colleagues.
