A man says he was hurt when his car was rear-ended while driving in O'Fallon.
Joel Randolph-Lockett filed a lawsuit Oct. 10 against Charles Menke in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Randolph-Lockett says the crash happened while he was driving north on Old Collinsville Road on May 29. Near the intersection of Illinois Route 50, Randolph-Lockett claims he was hit from behind by a car driven by Menke. Randolph-Lockett accuses Menke of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills and court fees.
