A Madison County man is accused of causing a crash while driving in Alton.
Clifford J. Davis filed a lawsuit against David F. Griffith on Sept. 8 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Davis says he was driving on Landmarks Boulevard on Jan. 21 when he was hit by a car driven by Griffith. Davis accuses Griffith of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, loss of income and court fees.
Attorney Gregory M. Tobin, of East Alton, represents Davis.
