A company has filed a registration of foreign judgment against a man it alleges owes more than $1 million from a 2010 lawsuit.
Hunter LLC filed the claim against Kevin Michael Brown on Sept. 2 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Hunter is registering a judgment against Brown entered March 2, 2010 by St. Charles County (Mo.) Circuit Court in which Brown was ordered to pay $1,000,400 plus interest. Hunter says Brown has filed no responsive pleadings and is in default of the initial judgment.
