Danielle P. DuRousseau has joined the corporate practice group of St. Louis law firm Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C.

DuRousseauserves businesses of all sizes with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, technology and licensing agreements, consumer lending and general corporate and business law, including corporate governance.  She comes to Greensfelder from the Armstrong Teasdale law firm.

DuRousseau earned her law degree from Washington University School of Law and a degree in political science and history from Washington University.  She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.
