A St. Clair County woman is suing over claims she was injured in a collision on Highway 159.
Linda Wagoner filed a lawsuit July 17 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Michael Stadelman, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Wagoner was driving northbound on Highway 159 near its intersection with Frank Scott Parkway on Aug. 18, 2012, when her vehicle was struck by Stadelman's vehicle. Wagoner says she sustained injury to her neck and shoulder in the collision and previous surgical procedures were damaged, requiring further surgery. The defendant is accused of negligent driving.
Wagoner is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. She is being represented in the case by attorney Charles J. Baricevic in Swansea.
