Attorney Robert E. Wells, Jr. of Pessin, Baird & Wells in Belleville has been reappointed to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association.
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Council is dedicated to the use of alternatives to traditional court litigation to resolve disputes in a more efficient, economical, and satisfactory manner--the more prominent of which are mediation and arbitration.
Wells was appointed as the Continuing Legal Education Coordinator responsible for the development of programs to enhance and further the understanding and use of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
