A bank has filed suit against a man it claims failed to repay it more than $90,000.
Pulaski Bank filed suit May 14 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Thabu Ashraf.
According to the complaint, Pulaski Bank lent the defendant money. However, Ashraf has filed to repay $90,326.12, according to the complaint.
In addition to the money it claims it is owed, Pulaski Bank is seeking attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented by Carinn Fleming of Blitt and Gaines in Wheeling.
