A driver is suing three other drivers after sustaining injuries in a collision.
Violet L. Waelde filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Lorenzo L. Johnson, Thomas S. Wolf and Kenneth S. Tyler, citing negligence.
The complaint states that on Jan. 12, 2012, Waelde was driving in the westbound lane of Interstate 70 in St. Louis when the defendants collided with Waelde's vehicle. The plaintiff contends the defendants were negligent, which caused the collision and resulting injuries.
The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, plus costs. Arthur W. Morris of Traughber & Morris Ltd. is representing the plaintiff in the case.
