A motorcycle driver is suing after sustaining injuries in a collision.
Keith Bradley and Crystal Bradley filed a lawsuit Dec. 31 in the Circuit Court of Madison County Third Judicial Circuit against Casey Poos, citing negligence and loss of consortium.
The complaint states on Sept. 18, Keith Bradley was driving his motorcycle west on state Route 143 near Interstate 55 in Edwardsville when the defendant failed to yield to the right of way, causing Keith Bradley to collide with Poos's vehicle. The plaintiffs contend the defendant was negligent, which caused the collision and resulting injuries.
The plaintiffs are seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
