A man is suing a wrong-way driver after sustaining injury in a collision.
Nicholas Fields filed a lawsuit Dec. 30, in the Madison County Circuit Court against Amber Howard.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 15, 2012, Fields was driving west on Interstate 64 when the car Howard was driving moved from the eastbound lanes, across the median and into westbound traffic, colliding with Fields' car. The plaintiff says he sustained severe and permanent injuries from the accident.
Fields is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. He is being represented in the case by attorney William S. Beatty of Beatty, Motil & Jones.
