He authors a blog discussing Missouri tax appeal issues called MissouriRealEstateTaxAppeals.com.

Cooley is the treasurer of the St. Louis Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is a member of the board of directors of St. Louis Health Equipment Lending Program (HELP), a non-profit organization.

He has been selected as a Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2011.

Cooley earned his juris doctorate from University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in psychology at Washington University in St. Louis.

Fehr has litigated several cases to verdict and provides counseling services to her clients to mitigate risk and resolve disputes absent litigation.

She works with organizations and individuals to resolve a variety of complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes, commercial negligence and fraud, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, indemnification, insurance coverage disputes, wrongful death disputes and professional liability matters.

Fehr has also represented investors in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and defended employers against claims for discrimination before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.

She earned her juris doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law and a B.A. in English at University of Missouri-Columbia.
