  Credit union awarded default judgment in suit alleging unpaid loan

  St. Clair County Circuit Judge Chris Kolker awarded a credit union more than $60,000 in default judgment after two individuals failed to enter an appearance or respond to a suit alleging they failed to make payments on a loan.
