LeChien declares defendant complies with discovery request in man's case against KAF

Planek St. Clair County Circuit Judge Robert LeChien declared the defendant complied with the plaintiff's discovery request on Monday. The lawsuit was filed by a man who claimed he became severely injured after he tripped over a deformity in the sidewalk at a charity event.
