Attorney Carol Sparks of Sparks Law Office has joined Beckemeier LeMoine as leader of the firm’s Illinois office in Troy.
Sparks will provide strategic planning services for small businesses.

According to the press release, the parties evaluated the combination to ensure that both firms’ clients would benefit from their shared values.

Beckemeier LeMoine is made up of a partnership between Jim Beckemeier and Bryan LeMoine. The firm focuses on business law, real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, labor and employment law, pension and benefits issues and commercial and fiduciary litigation.
