Altered Grounds Outdoor Services sues The Orchards for failing to pay for snow removal services

EDWARDSVILLE – Altered Grounds Outdoor Services claims it was not paid for snow removal services at The Orchards in Collinsville. 

Altered Grounds Outdoor Services, LLC filed a lawsuit in the Madison County Circuit Court against 1900 Orchard Holdings, LLC, citing breach of contract. 

According to the lawsuit, Altered Grounds entered into a contract with Orchard Holdings for snow removal services at the commercial property known as "The Orchards," located at 1900 Vandalia St. in Collinsville. Altered Grounds claims it has completed all of its obligations under the contract, but that Orchard Holdings has allegedly refused to pay the amount due for completed labor despite being continuously invoiced.

Altered Grounds is demanding that Orchard Holdings pay the total due in the amount of $68,473, along with pre-judgement interest, attorney's fees, and any other relief the court deems proper. Altered Grounds is represented in this case by attorney Sandra J. Tatoian of Goldenberg Heller & Antognoli, P.C. in Edwardsville.
