Jennifer Martin has recorded an instructional video for the Illinois Pork Producers Association. In the video, Martin counsels livestock management and livestock waste-handling facilities on the Illinois environmental enforcement process, including how to avoid enforcement actions and how to navigate the enforcement process if a facility finds itself the subject of an enforcement action. (The video is available to association members only through the IPPA Member Benefit Video Series.)
Martin, a partner in the firm’s Springfield office, focuses her practice on environmental law and real estate. She has been named an Illinois Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media and speaks and writes regularly on environmental law. Prior to entering private practice, she was an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Control Division of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
