A bank has filed a petition in Madison County Circuit Court, seeking the money it claims it was awarded in a Wisconsin court.
Commerce State Bank filed a petition to enroll and register foreign judgment on Oct. 17 in Madison County Circuit Court against Joseph A. Giglietti.
In its complaint, Commerce State Bank alleges Washington County Circuit Court in Wisconsin awarded it a judgment in its favor on Nov. 20, 2009.
Now, Commerce State Bank is requesting that a Madison County Circuit Court judge enforce the judgment against Giglietti, according to the complaint.
Brian R. Kalb and Micah S. Summers of Byron, Carlson, Petri and Kalb in Edwardsville will be representing it.
