ST. LOUIS -- Dennis McCubbin has joined the law firm of Kozeny and McCubbin, L.C. where he will concentrate his practice on representation of health care providers and nursing homes.
McCubbin has defended nursing home cases throughout the state of Illinois including three jury trials in Madison County and one jury trial in St. Clair County.
Kozeny and McCubbin has offices in St. Louis, Chicago, New York, Oklahoma City, Omaha and Kansas City. McCubbin will be based at the firm's office in St. Louis County.
