A Madison County woman is suing the driver that allegedly crashed into her in a supermarket parking lot in Edwardsville.
Michele L. Miller filed a lawsuit against John E. Swapp Feb. 25 in Madison County Circuit Court.
According to the complaint, Miller was driving in the Shop 'N Save parking lot in November 2012 when Swapp allegedly crashed into her. Miller accuses Swapp of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages and court fees.
Attorney Gregory M. Tobin of East Alton represents Miller.
