A St. Clair County woman is accused of rear-ending another driver in Fairview Heights.
Deborah A. Gross filed a lawsuit against Jessika S. Triplett Dec. 6 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
According to the complaint, Gross was driving east on Highway 50 in December 2010 and stopped for traffic in Fairview Heights. Triplett allegedly drove up behind Gross, failed to stop and crashed into the back of Gross's car.
Gross claims she was hurt in the crash and asks for at least $50,000 in damages for medical bills, lost earnings and court costs.
She is represented by attorney Shaun M. Lieser of St. Louis.
