A St. Clair County man says he is owed more than $50,000 after allegedly being rear-ended while driving in Belleville.
William Reynolds filed a lawsuit against Jonathon Friederich Sept.13 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
The alleged crash happened in April 1010 on Highway 15 in April 2010. Reynolds says he was driving his vehicle west on the highway when he as hit from behind by a Chevy Tahoe being driven by Friederich.
Reynolds accuses the defendant of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical costs, lost wages and court fees.
Attorney Kevin T. Hoerner, of Belleville, is representing Reynolds.
