An Illinois corporation claims a Macoupin County woman owes it more than $60,000 for services she received.

Chestnut Health Systems filed a lawsuit May 27 in Madison County Circuit Court against Lynn Smetana.

In its complaint, Chestnut claims Smetana hired it to perform services for her on July 20, 2009.

Chestnut does not specify what services it provided to Smetana, but does say she owes it $68,185.

In addition to the money it says Smetana owes it, Chestnut seeks attorney's fees of $2,500 and costs.

Eitan Weltman of Bloomington will be representing it.

Madison County Circuit Court case number: 11-L-503.
